How do I
place an order?
Contact us either by phone or e-mail. We want to hear from you
personally so we can make sure you get exactly what you want. When
leaving a message, please leave your full name, contact number, and
your question/order.

When should I place my order?
All
orders should be placed at least 2 days in advance. We bake to order
and need the time to prepare and bake. If you really need it the day
of, call us to see our availability. Large orders require 2 week
notice.
** We hand deliver all our sweets, due to unforeseen delays, your
order may be 30-45 minutes early OR late. Please schedule your
orders accordingly.
When will I receive my order?
You
may request the day and time of your delivery. Place your order
early to guarantee a preferred time slot. We will try to accommodate
you as best as we can, however there is the chance that your
requested day and time will not be available.
What's all this customization about?
We
specialize in custom sweets. Our products are baked from scratch and
to order using fresh ingredients in small batches. We encourage you
to customize your order, such as toppings, fillings, frostings, and
so on. If you don't see something on our menu, you can even give us
a call and we will try to whip up a batch just for you.
Can I request a sample for a custom design?
Yes, let us know what you're interested in and we will set up a time
to meet for your sample. There is a $5-$10 non-refundable fee for
custom design sample requests. |
How do I
pay for my order?
We
accept all major credit cards, cash and company checks. You may make payment
over the phone or request an online invoice. Please make checks
payable to: IVY BAKERY LLC. For orders over $300, 50% of the total
is due upfront, the remaining balance is to be paid at delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We
deliver in Manhattan (South Ferry to 110th St) and parts of Brooklyn, please call to confirm your area. Delivery hours
are 10AM-6PM Mon-Sun, we are also available most holidays. For all
other areas please call.

I live
outside of the delivery area, can I still place an order?
Yes, you can still place an order. You may pick-up your order at our
bakery or choose a convenient location within the delivery
area where we will meet you. For a delivery fee we can work with you
to deliver anywhere outside our area.
Do you
ship your products?
Yes, select items (anything that doesn't need to be refrigerated.) Please call us to confirm that your item
is okay for shipping. We ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping &
Handling is based on the weight of the package and will be charged
to your card after shipment.
We
primarily ship via UPS Ground, however you may specify other
methods. Depending on your location, delivery may take between 3-5
business days.
I am allergic to nuts, can I consume your products?
We
do not encourage the consumption of our products if you are severely
allergic to nuts or nut oils. Our equipment may have come in contact
with these ingredients during the baking process.
Are your products Certified Kosher? Certified Organic?
No,
although we use ingredients that are Certified Kosher/ Organic, the final
product has not been certified. |
