


Irish-American Soda Bread
An American variation to classic Irish Soda Bread. We take our Traditional Soda Bread and add a generous amount of Caraway Seeds and Currants. Ask anyone in Ireland and they’ll tell you this isn’t a true Soda Bread, but it’s still as delicious with the additions.
Unit: Whole Loaf
Servings: 4-8
Size: Approx. 7-8”
Ingredients: Flour, buttermilk, currants, seeds, baking soda, sea salt.
Storage: Wrap and keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for 2-3 days; freeze 2-3 months. Warm before serving. Best served toasted with salted butter.
