Effective Date: January 1, 2025
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Order Placement & Payment
All orders are made-to-order. Please place your order at least 3 days in advance. Custom orders may require more notice.
Full payment is required to confirm your order unless otherwise agreed upon.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Accepted payment methods include all major credit or debit cards.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders canceled 30 days in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund at Ivy Bakery’s discretion.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup or for missed pickups.
All deposits are non-refundable, including upfront fees for ordering special ingredients, tools, or packaging.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup times are scheduled in advance. Orders not picked up within 20 minutes of the scheduled time may be rescheduled at an additional fee.
Local delivery is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
Once an order leaves our possession, Ivy Bakery is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or storage.
Allergens & Dietary Restrictions
Ivy Bakery offers a variety of dietary options (e.g. gluten-free, vegan), but all items are prepared in a home kitchen that processes common allergens, including wheat, nuts, dairy, soy, and eggs.
We take care to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free.
Design & Creative Rights
Ivy Bakery retains creative rights to all designs. While we welcome reference photos for inspiration, we do not replicate other bakers’ work exactly.
Photos of your order may be used in our marketing and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the order is completed.
Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup. We want you to be happy, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.
Because our products are custom and perishable, refunds are at our discretion. Please do not consume or dispose of the order if you are filing a claim. Read our full refund policy here.
Cottage Food Disclosure
Ivy Bakery is a licensed cottage food operation under Nevada law.
All products are made in a private home that is not inspected by the health department.

Ivy Bakery’s website is provided for informational and e-commerce purposes. By using the site, you agree not to misuse, copy, or reproduce any content without permission.
All prices, product descriptions, and images are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to update products, discontinue items, or adjust pricing as needed based on ingredient availability, seasonal changes, or market fluctuations.
Colors and design elements may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to lighting, photo edits, or display settings.
We are not responsible for third-party errors, browser issues, or website downtime.
Liability Waiver
By purchasing from Ivy Bakery, you agree to release us from liability for any adverse reactions due to food sensitivities, improper storage, or third-party delivery issues.

Terms may be updated at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
